电视内窥镜联合电离子在声带小结和声带息肉手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨电视内窥镜下用电离子治疗声带小结和声带息肉的手术方法及效果。方法在电视内窥镜下使用电离子手术治疗声带小结及声带息肉患者137例,其中声带息肉57例,声带小结80例。结果所有病例顺利完成手术,术后1个月声带小结和声带息肉患者痊愈率分别为97.5%(78/80)、93.0%(53/57),好转分别为2.5%(2/80)、7.0%(4/57)。术后随访半年,复发2例。结论电视内窥镜联合电离子治疗声带小结和声带息肉具有视野可控、图像清晰、精确度高、损伤小、恢复快等优点,有较好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the surgical method and efficacy of ion therapy under video endoscope for vocal nodules and vocal polyps . Methods A total of 137 patients with vocal nodule or vocal polyp received surgery using ion therapy under video endoscope, including 57 cases with vocal polyp and 80 cases with vocal nodules. Results The surgery was successfully completed in all cases. After 1 month of surgery, the cure rate of the patients with vocal nodule and vocal polyp were 97.5% （78/80） and 93% （53/57） respectively, the improvement rate of the patients with vocal nodule and vocal polyp were 2.5% （2/80） and 7% （4/57） respectively. During postoperative follow-up of six months, recurrence occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion Ion therapy under video endoscope for vocal nodules and vocal polyps has the advantages of controllable visual field, clear image, high accuracy, less damage and fast recovery, and obtains a good application value.
