摘 要:为了解决港口散粮装船过程中的扬尘污染问题,研发吊带式带除尘控制的装船机新型溜筒。吊带式结构是把各节互相嵌套搭接的溜管用吊带连接起来的新型结构,是为适应溜筒外敷设吸尘通道而设计的。安装在溜筒出口的吸尘罩通过溜筒吸尘通道、装船机的臂架风管与装船机除尘器相连。在装船机溜筒的出口与船舱粮面之间布置负压吸尘点,使溜筒具有除尘功能。此种新型溜筒的扬尘收集率达90%以上,操作方便,且故障率低,性能稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the dust pollution problem in the bulk grain loading process, a new sling type loading chute with dust removing function is researched and developed. The sling type structure is a new structure which all the nested slip pipes are overlapped and connected with each other by a sling. It is designed to suit for the new working conditions of the chute which is equipped with a dust collecting passage in the external. The dust absorber casing equipped at the outlet of the chute is connected to the dust filter of ship loader through the dust collecting passage of the chute and the air duct of ship loader. The vacuum suction point is arranged between the outlet of ship loader chute and the grain surface of the cabin. So the chute has the dust removing function. The dust collection rate of the new type chute is more than 90%. More advantages are shown such as easy operation, low failure rate and the stable performance with broad application prospects in the bulk grain loading.
