上市保险企业的融资方式与治理结构分析

摘　　要：公司的融资方式决定了公司的资本构成,并对公司治理结构产生重要影响。文章从融资方式与公司治理结构的相关理论入手,用案例分析方法对我国上市保险企业的融资方式和治理结构进行分析,进而提出以下建议:增加内源融资和债券融资的比例,优化外部监督环境和内部监督机制。Different financing mode decides different capital structure, and it has important influence on corpo- rate governance structure. Based on the theories of financing mode and corporate governance structure, by using the case analysis method, this paper analyses listed insurance companies＇ financing mode and corporate governance structure ; and put forward the following suggestions ： increase the proportion of endogenous financing and bond finan- cing, and optimize external supervision environment and internal supervision mechanism.
