摘  要:针对自主研发的一种高精度桌面五轴联动机床,利用有限元分析和实验测试的方法,进行了机床结构动态特性分析。利用Solid Works建立三维模型,并导入到ABQUAS6.5中进行动态特性建模及仿真分析。将计算理论值与实验测试所得数据进行对比,对有限元模型的合理性进行验证评价。通过测得在固有频率下机床的振动幅值,对所设计开发的机床整体刚度以及对其高精密加工要求可行性进行评价,为后续小型机床的研发提供了理论分析依据。The structural dynamic characteristics of an independently developed high - precision 5 - axis desktop machine tool have been analyzed combining the finite element analysis and experimental measurements. Three- dimensional solid model of the machine tool is created by the software Solidworks. The model is imported into the universal FEM software ABAQUS for mathematical modeling, simulation, and analysis. The FEM analysis has been evaluated based on the experimental data. Furthermore, the actual dynamic characteristics of the machine tool have been experimentally measured. The vibration amplitude of the machine has been measured at fixed frequency. The rigidity and the feasibility for high - accuracy machining have been discussed. The methods introduced in the paper can provide a theoretically analytical basis for the coming design and development of various desktop machine tools.
