摘  要:针对手动攻螺纹所表现出质量稳定性差且效率低的问题,提出了一套基于数控系统螺纹铣削模块的后置处理系统,该系统算法是基于坐标系的转换,通过移动和旋转矩阵得到新坐标系下的坐标点,以VISUL STUDIO2010为开发平台,C#为编程语言编制了螺纹铣削后置处理系统,选用CATIA作为前置处理,C50U机床作为应用验证载体,通过理论验证和现场切削对系统进行了测试,结果表明该算法准确,系统稳定、可靠,且具有较强的实用性。Aiming at the problems of poor quality stability and low efficiency in manual tapping, this paper proposes a post processing system based on NC system thread milling module. This system is based on the algorithm of coordinate transformation to get the new coordinate by moving and rotating matrix. The scheme proposed in this paper takes VISUL STUDIO2010 as the development platform, C# as programming language, thread milling post processing system, CATIA as pre -processing, C50U machine as the application verification vector. The results show that the algorithm is accurate and the system is stable and reliable according to the theoretical verification and field cutting.
