摘  要:目的观察Rho激酶抑制剂法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ的影响,评估盐酸法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2014年10月~2016年4月在上海交通大学附属第一人民医院松江分院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为法舒地尔组60例,对照组60例。另选择我院同期健康体检人员60例作为健康体检组。采用竞争性酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆尾加压素Ⅱ水平,比较法舒地尔组与对照组治疗前和治疗14d美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果法舒地尔组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。法舒地尔组和对照组治疗前血浆尾加压素Ⅱ水平明显高于健康体检组(P<0.01);对照组治疗后血浆尾加压素Ⅱ水平较健康体检组明显升高[(0.20±0.06)μg/L vs(0.14±0.04)μg/L,P<0.01]。法舒地尔组和对照组治疗后血浆尾加压素Ⅱ水平较治疗前明显降低[(0.15±0.03)μg/L vs(0.25±0.04)μg/L,(0.20±0.06)μg/L vs(0.25±0.05)μg/L,P<0.01]。结论 Rho激酶抑制剂盐酸法舒地尔可能通过抑制Rho激酶的活性影响急性脑梗死患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ表达,并可改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损。Objective To study the effect of Rho kinase inhibitor on plasma urotensin Ⅱ (UⅡ) and the curative effect of Fasudil hydrochloride on acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods One hundred and twenty AIS patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into Fasudil hydrochloride treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=60) with 60 subjects served as a physical examination group. Their plasma U Ⅱlevels were measured by competitive ELISA. The NIHSS scores of Fasudil hydrochloride treatment group and control group were compared before and on day 14 after treatment. Results The NIHSS score was significantly lower in Fasudil hydrochloride treatment group after treatment than before treatment (P〈0.01). The plasma U Ⅱ level was significantly lower in Fasudil hydrochloride treatment group and control group than in physical examination group before treatment, in control group than in physical examination group after treatment (0.20±0.06 μg/L vs 0. 14±0.04μg/L,P〈0.01) ,and in Fasudil hydrochloride treatment group and control group after treatment than before treatment (0. 15±0.03μg/L vs 0. 25±0.04 μg/L,0.20±0.06 μg/L vs 0. 25±0. 05 μg/L,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Fasudil hydroehloride (a Rho kinase inhibitor) can affect the plasma U Ⅱexpression by inhibiting the activity of Rho kinase,and improve the neurological dysfunction in AIS patients.
