摘  要:目的本研究通过分析应用Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术治疗颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤的病例,探讨该支架的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析我院应用Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗的45例颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤的患者。收集患者的性别、年龄,动脉瘤的位置、尺寸和破裂与否,技术的操作成功率等相关数据,并分析相关并发症发生的原因。结果男35例,女10例,平均年龄为(51.8±5.2)岁;动脉瘤位于前循环29例,后循环16例,平均大小为(2.05±0.72)mm,其中36例为破裂动脉瘤,9例为未破裂动脉瘤。操作成功率100%。术中动脉瘤破裂出血1例,术后1例继发脑梗塞,遗留轻偏瘫,其余均无并发症。结论应用Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞进行颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤的血管内治疗中是安全有效的,可防止弹簧圈突出,达到致密栓塞。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety and efficacy of the Lvis stent- assisted coiling of intracranial tiny wide-necked aneurysms. Methods Forty-five patients with intracranial tiny wide- necked aneurysms who were treated by Lvis stent-assisted coding in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Gender, age, location, size, rapture or not of aneurysms, procedure achievement ratio and the correlated complication were recorded and analyzed. Results They were 35 male and 10 female, whose mean age was (51.8 ± 5.2) years old. There were 29 aneurysms in the antero-circulation and 16 aneurysms in the post-circulation, average size of which was ( 2. (35±0. 72)mm. There were 36 rupture and 9 unrupture aneurysms. Procedure achievement ratio was 100%. There were 1 aneurysm rupture hemorrhage during the procedure, and 1 secondary cerebral infarction who remained he,paresis after the procedure, Conclusion The endovascular treatment of intracranial tiny wide-necked aneurysms with the Lvis stent is safe and effective to prevent coil protrusion and complete occlusion.
