摘 要:目的探讨病例库结合模拟人授课模式在骨科实习教学中的教学效果。方法选取在骨科实习的本科实习生60人为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,常规组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用"病例库结合模拟人授课模式",对比观察两组教学效果。结果研究组理论考试、病例分析和技能操作成绩均明显高于常规组(P<0.01);实验组学生对教学方法的满意度为100%,显著高于常规组66.7%(P<0.001);实验组教师对学生的学习满意度为90.0%,显著高于常规组60.0%(P<0.01)。结论采用病例库结合模拟人授课模式进行骨科实习教学效果优于传统教学,可显著提高教学质量。Objective The teaching efficiency of case database combined with human patient simulator mode in clinical practice of orthopaedics teaching was discussed.Methods Sixty-five-year undergraduate students interning in orthopedics were selected as the research models, and were randomly divided into the normal group and the experimental group. Students in the normal group were taught with traditional teaching mode, while students in the experimental group were taught with case database combined with human patient simulator mode. Then the teaching efficiency of two groups was compared. Results The scores in theory examination results, case analysis ability, evaluation and operation skills performance analysis of experimental group were significantly higher than those of normal group (P 〈0. 01 ). The degree of satisfaction on courses in the experimental group was 100%, significanfly higher than that of the normal group, which was just 66. 7% (P 〈 0. 001 ) ; the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group on students'learning was 90.0%, significantly higher than that of the normal group, which was 60.0% (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The mode of case database combined with human patient simulator in orthopaedic clinical practice teaching is superior to the traditional teaching mode, which can obviously improve the teaching quality.
