摘  要:目的非营养性吸吮与口服25%葡萄糖溶液对缓解新生儿足跟采血的疼痛效果研究。方法采用随机对照的实验性研究设计,将研究对象分为3组,接受非营养性吸吮的为非营养性吸吮组(NNS组);口服25%葡萄糖溶液组(GS组)和对照组。在干预的准备期第1分钟、干预准备期第2分钟、穿刺期第1分钟、穿刺期的第2分钟、恢复期第1分钟和恢复期第2分钟3组间疼痛行为反应、心率、呼吸和哭泣时间方面的比较评价。结果共对120例新生儿完成全部资料的收集,3组各40例。就疼痛反应方面、心率和哭泣时间方面,NNS组与GS组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮和口服25%葡萄糖溶液均可以缓解新生儿的疼痛,但与口服25%葡萄糖溶液比较,非营养性吸吮更能显著的缓解新生儿的疼痛。Objective To study the effect of non-nutritive sucking and oral glucose solution on relieving pain reaction during neonatal heel prick. Methods A convenience sample method was used to assign ll0 infants (gesta- tional age 27 to 37 weeks) to three groups: the non-nutritive sucking group (NNS group), the oral 25% dextrose solution group (GS group) and the control group. One minute and two minutes into the preparation period of intervention, one minute and two minutes into the puncture process, and one minute and two minutes into the recovery period, pain reaction, heart rate, respiration and the number of times of crying were compared between the three groups. Results Completed data was collected from a total of 120 cases of neonates, with 40 cases from each group. With regard to pain reaction, heart rate and the number of times of crying, there was statistically significant difference between NNS group and GS group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Both non-nutritive sucking and oral intake of dextrose can relieve the pain of newborn babies, but the former is more effective
