临床护理路径在化疗患者胃肠道反应护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在化疗患者胃肠道反应护理中的应用效果。方法:将100例化疗患者随机分为路径组和对照组各50例,路径组应用临床护理路径实施护理,对照组采取传统护理模式对患者实施护理。比较两组患者在恶心呕吐的情况、健康教育掌握情况及患者满意度方面的差异。结果:路径组患者恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,健康教育掌握程度及满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在化疗患者胃肠道反应护理中应用,能降低恶心呕吐的发生率,提高患者的满意度及护理质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective： To explore the effect of the clinical nursing pathway in gastrointestinal reaction nursing of patients during chemotherapy. Methods： 100 patients during chemotherapy were randomly divided into comparison group （50 cases） and experimental group （50 cases）, the patients of experimental group were cared by clinical nursing pathway, the patients of comparison group were cared by the traditional nursing mode. The situation of nausea and vomiting, health education and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results： The path group was significantly lower than comparison group in the incidence of nausea and vomiting, the path group were better than the comparison group in the situation of health education and patient satisfaction, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical nursing pathway can be used in gastrointestinal reaction nursing of patients during chemotherapy, it has clinical application value.
