川白獭兔被毛品质选育研究

摘　　要：针对市场需求和四川白獭兔被毛较粗、绒毛较短的缺陷,本研究以四川白獭兔为育种素材,通过连续五个世代的群体继代选育,培育出的川白獭兔被毛密度达22 993根/厘米~2、细度16.79μm、绒毛长度2.12cm、枪毛比例1.43%。被毛密度比二世代提高4.3%,细度降低了2.4%,差异不显著(P>0.05),绒毛长度增长6.0%,差异极显著((P<0.01)),枪毛比例维持在0.55%1.43%较低范围。与四川白獭兔比较,在保持了四川白獭兔优良的被毛品质基础上,川白獭兔枪毛比例降低了57.44%,差异极显著((P<0.01),被毛品质选育进展显著。Aiming at the market demand and the limitation of Sichuan White Rabbits＇ thick and short hair, this study takes Sichuan White Rex Rabbit as breeding material. After a successive five generations of population subculture, the Chuanbai Rex Rabbit was bred. The hair density, fineness, villus length, coarse hair ratio of the Chuanbai Rex Rabbit was 22993 hair/cm2 , 16.79μm, 2. 12cm, and 1.43% , respectively. The hair density and fineness is 4.3% higher and 2. 4% lower than generation 2, with no significant difference （P 〉 0. 5 ）, while villus length increased by 6% with significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） . The coarse hair ratio remained in the lower range of 0. 55% 1.43%. Based on the excellent fur quality of Sichuan White Rex Rabbit, the coarse hair ratio of the Chuanbai Rex Rabbit has been reduced by 57.44% with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Significant progress was made in the breeding of coat quality.
