摘 要:针对传统防毡缩整理方法容易造成环境污染的问题,介绍了环保型防毡缩整理方法的研究及应用现状.着重介绍基于蛋白酶、壳聚糖、等离子体和纳米溶胶—凝胶等环保型防毡缩整理作用原理及应用情况.随着环保型防毡缩整理的进一步研究,寻找高效、绿色的整理剂及整理工艺是未来羊毛织物环保型防毡缩整理的发展趋势,等离子体结合天然整理剂对实现绿色、低能耗的生产起到重要作用,必将在防毡缩整理的研究中占据重要位置.Aiming at the problem of that the traditional anti-felting finishing method which is easy to cause environmental pollution, the research and application status of several environmental protection anti-felting finishing methods were introduced. The mechanism and application of environmental protection anti-felting finishing based on protease, chitosan, plasma and nano sol gel were introduced emphatically. With the further research of environmental protection and anti-felting finishing,it is a trend to develop an efficient and green finishing agent and finishing process for the future. In particular,plasma combined with natural finishing agent will play an important role in the production of green and low energy consumption, and will occupy an important position in the research of anti-felting finishing.
