摘 要:以新疆油田车510井区沙湾组浅层稠油油藏为研究对象,通过PVT高压物性室内实验方法分析了CO_2辅助蒸汽吞吐开采机理,并针对在开发过程中出现的蒸汽超覆及汽窜现象等问题,对该区块进行了CO_2辅助蒸汽吞吐技术的现场应用。结果表明,措施井平均单井增油量为206t;措施井平均含水率降低了23%,目前已累计增油6 792t,实现增油收益1 564万元。经过CO_2辅助蒸汽吞吐措施之后可以明显改变该区块的开发效果,并对同类油藏的开发具有现实指导意义。Taking the shallow heavy oil reservoir of Shawan group in 510 block at Chepaizi area of Xinjiang oilfield as the object of the research,mechanism of CO2-assistant cyclic steam stimulation was analyzed a by method of PVT physical properties at high pressure.Against the problems of steam overlap,steam channeling and sand producing during development,the technology was applied at this block.Practical application results show that the average oil production increment is 206 tones and the water cut decrement is 23 percentage for treated well.Currently the accumulative oil increment is up to 6 792 tones and get profit of 15.64 million yuan.Therefore the technology of CO2-assistant cyclic steam stimulation can obviously enhance development effect and have great practical guiding significance for similar oil reservoir block.
