摘 要:以云南高铝高硅一水硬铝石型铝土矿(Al2O366.85%,SiO_212.75%脉石矿物主要为高岭石和白云母)研究对象,针对性地提出重选脱硅富集粗粒,浮选降硅回收细粒的分步强化回收方案,通过采用粗磨重选-中矿再磨-细粒浮选的闭路流程,最终获得铝土矿总精矿产率76.66%,Al_2O_3品位71.19%,含SiO_28.78%,铝硅比8.11,Al_2O_3回收率81.64%的良好指标。本研究对大量高铝高硅铝土矿资源的经济高效选矿开发具有参考价值。The diaspore with high - alumina and high - silica ( containing Al2O3 of 66.85 % and SiO2 of 12.73 %, and the gangue mineral is kaolinite and muscovite) in Yunnan is taken as the research abject, the distributing upgrading recovery scheme that is gravity separation enrichment of desilication coarse and recovery of fine particle by flotation is proposed. By the closed - circuit process of coarse grinding gravity separation - middlings regrinding - fine particle flotation, finally a good indicator shows that the total concentrate yield of bauxite is 76.66%, the grade of A1203 is 71.19%, SiO2 is 8.78%, A/S is 8.11 and the recovery rate of Al2 O3 is 81.64%. It is of great value for the development of a large number of high - alumina and high silica bauxite resources.
