摘 要:针对赤泥中微细粒含量高,有价铁难分选的问题,提出一种两级旋流器和悬振锥面选矿机组合的富集方案。对旋流器和选矿机进行正交试验,以底流-5μm颗粒含量、全铁回收率和精矿品位为评价指标进行试验研究。根据研究结果分别优化了旋流器和选矿机的工艺参数,并开展联合系统试验。试验结果表明:进料品位为26.75%的赤泥经两级旋流器和悬振锥面选矿机组合分选后,获得品位为48.83%的铁精矿,较单独使用选矿机相比,铁精矿品位提高9个百分点。As fine grain content in red mud is high, thus the separation accuracy is low. In this paper, a combined separation and enrichment method including a two - stage hydroeyclone and a suspension vibration cone separator was proposed. And orthogonal test was implemented on the hydrocyclone and the suspension vibration cone separator. -5μm fine particles content in the underflow, total iron recovery and concentrate grade were used as the evalua- tion index. The factors affecting separation performance were indentified, and the operation parameters of the cyclone and the concentrator were optimized. Finally, a combined system test was finished. The results showed that the iron concentrate with a grade of 48.83% could be obtained and the value was increased by 9 percentage points compared with the traditional concentrate mehod.
