摘  要:目的:了解重庆市医院患者安全文化现状,明确优势领域、待改进领域及影响因素,为持续改进医院患者安全提供政策建议。方法:采用立意抽样的方式,对重庆市6所医院员工进行网络问卷调查,运用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:重庆市6所医院总体积极反应率为59.34%,总得分为3.56±0.43;"部门内部团队合作"和"团队学习与持续改进"为优势领域,"对于过失的非惩罚性反应""人员配置"和"事件报告频率"为待改进领域,影响医院员工患者安全文化的因素有医院、职称、学历、科室、岗位类别、本科室/专业工作时间和每周工作时间。结论:重庆市6所医院患者安全文化有待进一步形成,建议完善不良事件上报系统、加大人力资源配置、树立标杆医院、加强重点人群的患者安全认知教育与管理、定期进行患者安全文化评估。Objectives:To learn the situation of patient safety culture in hospitals of Chongqing,identify the advantageous area,the room for improvement,and the influence factors to provide policy recommendations on continuous improving patient safety.Methods:A cross-sectional network questionnaire survey was conducted in six hospitals which were chosen by purposive sampling in Chongqing.Data was obtained and analyzed by the SPSS17.0 software.Results:The overall positive respond rate was 59.34% and average overall score was3.56±0.43.The advantageous area were "Teamwork Within Units" and "Organizational Learning – Continuous Improvement ",the room for improvement were "Non-punitive Response to Error ","Staffing "and "Frequency of Events Reported ".The influence factors of staff 's recognition and attitude toward patient safety culture include work hospital,professional title,education background,department,work experience,work hours per week.Conclusions:The patient safety culture in the six hospitals should be further more strengthened.we can improve adverse event report system,strengthen human resources,establish a benchmark hospital,strengthen education and management of key groups and assess patient safety culture regularly.
