摘　　要：目的评价曲普瑞林激发试验对青春早发育女童的诊断价值。方法分析2013年6月至2016年8月在镇江市第一人民医院儿科就诊的青春早发育女童47例及性早熟女童62例的曲普瑞林激发试验资料。结果以黄体生成素激发峰值>5.05IU/L为诊断切点,青春早发育组与性早熟组诊断阳性率分别为89.4%(42/47)与90.3%(56/62),两组间诊断阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲普瑞林激发试验对判断女童青春早发育的性质具有诊断价值,且大多数黄体生成素激发峰值在30~60min出现。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of triptorelin stimulation test for early puberty in girls. Methods Triptorelin stimulation test data were collected and analyzed in 47 girls with early puberty （EP group） and 62 girls with precocious puberty（PP group） in the Department of Pediatrics of the First People＇s Hospital of Zhenjiang between Jun. 2013 and Aug. 2016. Results Take peak luteinizing hormone level（〉5.05 IU/L） as the diagnosis point, the sensitivity for diagnosing early puberty and precocious puberty was 89.4% （42/47） and 90.3% （56/62）, respectively, there being no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The triptorelin stimulation test is of value to the diagnosis of early puberty in girls. The peak luteinizing hormone value of triptorelin provocation stimulation mostly focuses on the time period of 30 to 60 min after overdose.
