摘 要:在雅达油田Kazhdumi地层钻井施工过程中,沥青的侵入导致了钻井液污染、井涌、喷漏共存等井下复杂情况的发生。F13井在钻Kazhdumi地层遭遇严重沥青侵,引起溢流和喷漏同存。通过25次艰难的探索施工处理,成功运用水泥浆配钠水玻璃促凝剂实现打塞封堵,最终转换地质目的层侧钻成水平井。该井复杂情况处理的经验和教训,对处理类似情况具有一定的借鉴意义。During the process of drilling Kazhdumi Formation in Yada Oilfield, the asphalt invasion induced down - hole troublesome conditions such as mud contamination, well kick, blowout with leakage, and so on. The overflow and the blowout with leakage induced by serious asphalt invasion occurred during drilling Kazhdumi Formation of F13 well. F13 well was successfully sealed by plug with cement slurry and sodium silicate after trying 25 tough treatments. And then a sidetracking horizontal well was drilled by switching the geological target stratum. The experience and lessons learnt from this well can provide valued reference for handling similar cases in other oilfield.
