摘 要:分析不同材料以及不同波形波纹板在拉伸方向上的变形,通过两套模具制备紫铜和铝两种材料不同参数的波纹板,研究波纹板在加载位移变形下不同位置的应力分布。通过电测试验求得波纹板上所取位置的应力变化,并建立三维实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对波纹板在拉伸载荷下的应力分布的仿真,进而利用有限元线性化针对选取与电测实验相近位置进行比较分析。通过拉伸电测试验和有限元分析进行数据对比,从而对波纹板进行优化,提高波纹板的力学性能。The deformation of carrugated plate with different parameters and different waved in tensile direction was analyzed. The corrugated plate with different parameters of copper and aluminum was fabricated by two sets of molds.The stress distribution of corrugated plate under different loading and deformation was studied.The stress distribution of the corrugated plate under the tensile load is simulated by ANSYS Workbench software, and the stress distribution of the corrugated plate under the tensile load is simulated by means of the electric test. Then, the finite element straightening is used to select the And the similar position with the electric measurement experiment. The tensile test and finite element analysis are used to compare the data, and the corrugated plate is optimized to improve the mechanical properties of the corrugated plate.
