摘 要:某常减压装置原油泵在掺炼焦化蜡油之后,机械密封泄露频率迅速加大,为了分析在掺炼焦化蜡油前后机械密封的可靠性,运用RCM技术对掺炼焦化蜡油前后机械密封的寿命周期进行分析。通过K-S检查法进行拟合优度检验,确定了机械密封的有效运行时间服从三参数威布尔分布,并进行了机械密封工作时间概率密度函数、失效率函数等函数的计算。得知在现阶段掺炼焦化蜡油情况下泵机械密封故障引起的停机多发生在700h以后;在可靠度0.9下,机械密封的寿命周期为657h;且表面磨损是加速机械密封泄露故障的主要原因。Mechanical seal leakage frequency increases offer the original pump oil refineries, in order to analyze the reliability of mechanical seals, using RCM technology the RCM to research the life cycle and failure rate of the mechanical seal. Through K-S method ,draw a conclusion that the mechanical seal uptime obey three parameter WeibuU distribution, then calculate the mechanical seal work time probability density function, the failure rate function. After careful analysis, it unfolds that the most of mechanical seal of the crude oil pump need to repair when they have worked 700 hours; under 0.9 of the reliability, life cycle of the mechanical seal life cycle 657h. Surface wear is the major problem that accelerate mechanical seal leak fault.
