摘 要:为了解决游梁抽油机横梁轴承座经常出现磨损、裂纹等问题,提出一种基于数字散斑相关法来检测的新方法。将横梁轴承座作为研究对象,首先,对游梁抽油机模型横梁轴承座散斑处理;然后,对XJTUDIC三维数字散斑动态应变测量系统进行标定,对抽油机模型进行动态检测。最后,将第一时刻状态定为基准状态,其他各个不同时刻状态与基准状态进行对比分析。建立抽油机模型在相同工况下对横梁轴承座进行有限元分析,将所得最大主应力、最大主应变与试验结果对比分析。试验得出通过数字散斑相关法对抽油机横梁轴承座动态检测可以精确、高效的得到其动态变化情况,该测试方法可以为抽油机整机动态检测提供重要参考依据。In order to solve the bearing support of beam pumping unit often appears wear, cracks and other issues, a new approach based on Digital Speckle Correlation Method was proposed. The bearing support is taken as the research object. Firstly, speckles were made on the surface of the bearing support of the model, then the 3D digital speckle analysis system for dynamic strain measurement (XJTUDIC) was calibrated and made pumping model for dynamic motion detection Finally, taken the first time the state as a reference state, the statuses of each other different times were compared with the reference state. Established the beam pumping unit model in the same condition to analysis the bearing support, and compared with the test results of the maximum principal stress and the maximum principal strain. Test results relevant that the dynamic change can be accurately and efficiently work out by DSCM, the test method can provide an important reference for the pumping machine motion detection by digital speckle.
