Effects of lures to trap Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae) in the coastal protection forest in Zhejiang,China

摘  要:为有效利用引诱剂监测、防治光肩星天牛,使用引进美国Chem Tica公司开发的光肩星天牛性诱剂和植物源引诱剂,于2014年和2015年在浙江省慈溪市沿海防护林内进行连续2年的林间诱捕试验,验证其对光肩星天牛的诱捕效果。结果表明,性诱剂单独使用时,可有效诱捕雌成虫,每个诱捕器的平均诱捕量为(0.7±0.481)头;植物源引诱剂单独使用时,可有效诱捕到雄成虫,其平均诱捕量为(0.9±0.860)头;2种引诱剂配合使用时,对雌虫和雄虫的诱捕效果与各引诱剂单独使用相比无增效作用。试验中影响引诱剂诱捕效果的主要气象因子为降水量和降水天数的交互作用(χ2=10.00,df=1,P=0.0016),达到一定降水量的降水天数对诱捕效果影响较大。In order to monitor and control the Asian longhorned ( Motschulsky ), introduced lures in the costal protection forest in Cixi, Zhejiang, beetle, Anoplophora glabripennis China, we tested three different in the field in 2014 and 2015, including the sexual pheromone produced by the male of A. glabripennis (MP), plant volatiles (PV), and the combination. Traps baited with MP were effective trapping females of A. glabripennis with 0. 7 ( ± 0. 481 ) beetles per trap (BPT). Males were caught primarily in PV traps, with 0.9 ( ± 0. 860) BPT. The combination treatments cannot enhance the effects on trapping both males and females. Among all climatic factors tested in the analysis, the interaction of the rainfall amount and rainfall days significantly affected the catches (χ^2 = 10. 00, df= 1, P =0. 0016), indicating that the number of raining days with certain rainfall amount was the most significant factor on the trapping effect.
