透明质酸在防控剖宫产患者术后盆腔、腹腔粘连中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究与分析透明质酸在防控剖宫产患者术后盆腔、腹腔粘连中的价值。方法选取2014年7月~2016年10月期间本院的200例剖宫产患者为研究对象,将200例患者随机分为对照组(常规围术期治疗组)100例和治疗组(常规治疗加透明质酸组)100例,然后将两组患者术后不同时间的盆腔、腹腔粘连发生率及围术期的血清粘连相关指标进行比较。结果治疗组患者术后不同时间的盆腔及腹腔粘连发生率均低于对照组,术后不同时间的血清粘连相关指标均低于对照组,两组术后的评估结果间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸对剖宫产患者术后盆腔、腹腔粘连的防控效果较好,且对相关粘连指标的表达也有积极的影响作用,因此透明质酸在剖宫产患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To study and analyze the value of hyaluronic acid in the prevention and control of postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesions of patients with cesarean section. Methods 200 patients with cesarean section in our hospital during the time of July 2014 to October 2016 were seleted as the study object,and 200 patients were randomly divided into control group （ conventional perioperative treatment group ） 100 cases and treatment group （ conventional treatment and hyaluronic acid group ） 100 cases,then the rates of pelvic and abdominal adhesions at different time after the treatment,serum related indexes of adhesions during the perioperative period of two groups were compared. Results The rates of treatment group with pelvic and abdominal adhesions at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,the serum related indexes of adhesions at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,the evaluation results ＇ differences of two groups after the treatment were statistically significant. Conclusion The prevention and control effect of hyaluronic acid in the postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesions of patients with cesarean section is better,and it has active influence role for the expression of adhesions related indexes,so the application value of hyaluronic acid in the patients with cesarean section is higher.
