摘  要:针对超稠油油藏水平井分段蒸汽驱的蒸汽突进规律研究较少的问题,运用渗流力学及热平衡理论,得到水平注采井所在平面的蒸汽突进数学模型。研究表明,预测新疆风城油田某分段完井水平井2个生产段的蒸汽突破时间分别为第352 d与第388 d,与实际数据误差在6%以内。分析分段完井参数对蒸汽突进的影响规律可知,打开程度一定时,增加分段数,则分段完井与全井段完井的井筒压力分布逐渐接近;减小打开程度时,盲管段对应的蒸汽弱波及区增大,生产段蒸汽突进速度增快,蒸汽整体突破时间缩短,对应的蒸汽波及区前缘分布越均匀;将盲管段向趾端移动,蒸汽弱波及区减小且随之移动,生产段蒸汽突进速度及整体突破时间的变化幅度较小;增加打开段数,蒸汽弱波及区的个数增加,生产段蒸汽突进速度减慢,蒸汽整体突破时间延长,对应的蒸汽波及区前缘分布越不均匀。研究成果对超稠油水平井分段蒸汽驱中完井参数的优化设计有指导意义。Breakthrough laws of steam in super heavy oil reservoirs stimulated with horizontal-well segmented steam flooding are less researched. In this paper,a mathematical model for analyzing the steam breakthrough in the plane where horizontal injector and producers were located was developed by using the fluid mechanics in porous medium and the thermal balance theory. It is predicted that the steam breakthrough time in two production sections of a horizontal well with segregated completion in Fengchen Oilfield,Xinjiang is 352 d and 388 d,respectively,and their errors from the actual data are below 6%. Then,the influential laws of segregated completion parameters on steam breakthrough were analyzed. It is indicated that for a certain perforation level,the pressure distribution in the borehole with segregated completion gets close gradually to that with full-hole completion if the number of segments increases. When the perforation level is decreased,weak steam swept area corresponding to blank tubing increases,steam breakthrough in production section speeds up,overall steam breakthrough time cuts down and the distribution at the leading end of steam swept area gets more uniform. As the blank tubing moves to the toe,weak steam swept area diminishes and follows the moving of the blank tubing,and the variation range of steam breakthrough velocity and overall breakthrough time in production section is smaller. When the number of perforation sections increases,the number of weak steam swept areas increases,the steam breakthrough in production section slows down,overall steam breakthrough time is prolonged and the distribution at the leading end of steam swept area gets more non-uniform. The research results can be used as the reference for the design optimization of well completion parameters of horizontal-well segmented steam flooding in super heavy oil reservoirs.
