摘 要:新疆油田浅层超稠油油藏部分SAGD部署区储层物性差,非均质性强,为了增加蒸汽热利用率,提高SAGD开发效果,运用数值模拟技术,以风城油田重18井区为例,开展SAGD与水平井组合的FAST-SAGD技术研究,优化了FAST-SAGD井网部署方式、操作方法及关键参数。结果表明:加密水平井部署在距油层底部2 m,前期进行溶剂浸泡及微压裂处理,在SAGD井组生产2 a后加密水平井以吞吐的方式启动效果最佳;与常规SAGD相比,FAST-SAGD开采周期缩短3 a,最终采收率提高9.3%,油汽比提高0.02。研究结果对浅层超稠油油藏SAGD高效开发有一定指导意义。In Xinjiang Oilfield,the shallow-seated super heavy oil reservoirs with SAGD are partially characterized by poor reservoir physical properties and strong heterogeneity. To increase the steam utilization ratio and improve SAGD development effects,Zhong 18 well block of Fengcheng Oilfield was taken as the example for study. The FAST-SAGD technology combining SAGD with horizontal well was investigated by means of numerical simulation,and its well pattern arrangement modes,operation methods and key parameters were optimized. To realize the optimal stimulation effects,it is necessary to locate the infill horizontal wells at 2 m from the bottom of oil layers,carry out solvent soaking and micro fracturing in the early stage,and start up the infill horizontal wells in the mode of huff and puff after SAGD well groups are produced for 2 a. FAST-SAGD is better than conventional SAGD. Its production period shortens by 3 a,ultimate recovery factor increases by 9. 3% and oil-steam ratio increases by 0. 02. The research results can be used as the reference for the efficient SAGD development of super heavy oil reservoirs in shallow layers.
