摘  要:目前国内连续管检测监控技术一直依赖进口,与国产设备配套性差,严重影响现场作业的安全性与作业效率,故加速连续管检测监控技术的国产化势在必行。在进行大量文献调研的基础上,首先介绍了国内外不同连续管检测监控技术的功能及其特点;并从作业参数实时采集系统、连续管在线检测系统、实时监控与处置系统和井下测控系统4个方面对比分析了国内外连续管检测监控技术,最后针对该技术的发展方向给出了建议:国内作业参数实时采集系统应实现数据的采集、显示和存储,并能规范管理数据;连续管在线检测系统需实现连续管缺陷、变形与壁厚减薄数据的采集、显示和存储,并能实现连续管缺陷的连续跟踪与分析;国内连续管软件技术应初步集成上述两方面,并建立可视化界面,实时监测作业过程并给出报警提示;井下测控系统方面应先加快相关基础技术的研究,再初步实现该系统的国产化。研究成果对国内连续管检测监控技术的完善和发展有一定的借鉴意义。The current detection and supervision techniques of coiled tubing in China always rely on imports. These techniques have worse matching with domestic equipment,which has seriously affected the safety and efficiency of on-site operation,thus to accelerate the localization of the detection and supervision techniques of coiled tubing is imperative. Based on investigation of a great quantity of documents,the functions and features of various detection and supervision techniques of coiled tubing in home and abroad were firstly introduced. From four aspects( real-time acquisition system of operation parameters,on-line detection system of coiled tubing,real-time supervision and disposal system,and downhole observing and controlling system),the detection and supervision techniques of coiled tubing in China and other countries were compared and analyzed. At the end,the development direction of such techniques was proposed: the real-time acquisition system of operation parameters in China should have the functions of data acquisition,display and storage,and can manage these data canonically; the on-line detection system of coiled tubing should realize acquisition,display and storage of the data of coiled tubing defect,deformation and thinning wall thickness,and can continuously trace and analyze the coiled tubing defect; the self-developed software for the coiled tubing should preliminarily integrate the above two systems and has visual interfaces to monitor the operation process and provide alerts; for downhole observing and controlling system,the studies on relevant basic techniques should be quickened,then to preliminarily realized the localization of this system. This study result has some referring significance for improvement and development of the detection and supervision techniques of coiled tubing in China.
