摘  要:目的探讨压力超负荷猪左室肥厚模型的可行性及核磁共振技术检测心脏结构及心功能的可靠性。方法将10头猪随机分为假手术组、手术组,造模方法:分离升主动脉根部,应用内置缝线的硅树脂管环绕升主动脉,随着猪生长主动脉管径逐渐增加,固定直径的硅树脂管导致升主动脉管径渐进性的缩窄。假手术组不用硅树脂管造成缩窄。应用核磁共振检测猪术后0周、4周、8周的左室收缩末期室壁厚度指标,并于术后8周比较两组猪左室射血分数及左室重量占全心重量比率。结果与假手术组(1.15 cm±0.13 cm)比较,手术组左室收缩末期室壁厚度(1.59 cm±0.22 cm)明显增加(P<0.05),手术组射血分数(58.44±5.87)较对照组(75.34±2.58)低(P<0.05),左室重量占全心重量比率手术组(0.58±0.04)明显增加(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振的应用为无创性测量和评价心脏收缩功能及心脏结构提供了新的选择。Objective To establish the pig model of left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy with pressure overload, and discuss the accuracy and reliability of MRI in observing cardiac structure and cardiac function in pigs with LV hypertrophy. Methods Ten bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group. To start, a left lateral tho- racotomy was performed in the third intercostal space. A piece of suture inside a silicone tube was then placed to circle the ascending aorta. The operation finished by closing the chests and the animals were allowed to recover for 8 weeks for the development of LV hypertrophy. Cardiac contractive function, myocardial hypertrophy were assessed using magnetic resonance imaging. Results The weight ratio of LV to entire heart was significantly higher in model group ( 1.59 cm ±0. 22 cm) than in sham operation group ( 1.15 cm ±0. 13 cm), P 〈0. 05. The LV wall of the model group was significantly thicker (1.59 cm ±0. 22 cm) than that of the sham operation group (1.15 cm ±0. 13 cm ) , P 〈 0. 05. Averages of left ventricular ejection fraction measured in model group (58.44 ± 5.87) were lower than in sham operation group (75.34 ±2.58 ). Conclusion MRI is an alternative, noninvasive technique to review the cardiac structure and cardiac function.
