盐酸曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病患者骨骼肌作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸曲美他嗪长期应用对缺血性心肌病患者骨骼肌的作用。方法选取90例2015年1月~12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院随访的缺血性心肌病患者并除外明显影响试验结果的因素,将其分为曲美他嗪治疗组(n=47)及对照组(n=43),回顾两组病史,比较两组临床资料、肌肉质量、握力、6分钟步行试验及生活质量评分。结果两组患者的体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、静息血压及心率、糖化血红蛋白及总胆固醇(TC)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。曲美他嗪治疗组肌肉质量/体重、握力、6分钟步行试验明显高于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪长期应用对缺血性心肌病患者的骨骼肌质量及功能有一定的改善作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine on skeletal muscle in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 90 patients who were diagnosed with ischemic cardiomyopathy and except for other factors that significantly affect the test results were collected from The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. They were divided into the control group with traditional treatment （n = 43 ） and the trimetazidine treatment group with traditional treatment plus trimetazidine （n = 47 ）. The clinical history of two groups were reviewed. Then the clinical data, muscle mass, grip strength, 6 minutes walk test and the life quality score of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant differences of body mass index （BMI） , left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and left ventricular end diastolic diameter （ LVEDD）, resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, serum glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol （TC） in the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Trimetazidine treatment group patients muscle mass/body weight, grip strength, 6 minutes walk test was significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the life quality score was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Long-term application of trimetazidine shows some protective effect on skeletal muscle function and quality in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
