知柏地黄丸中知母对阳离子牛血清白蛋白大鼠膜性肾炎的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨知柏地黄丸中知母对大鼠膜性肾炎慢性肾炎的治疗作用。方法:将大鼠分成空白组、模型组、知柏地黄丸组和无知母知柏地黄丸组,采用阳离子牛血清白蛋白大鼠膜性肾炎模型,观察大鼠尿蛋白、血肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇生化指标,及肾脏病理切片HE染色后的病理形态。结果:知柏地黄丸组在给药4周后,大鼠尿蛋白、血肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及组织形态的改善效果与模型组比有极显著性差异,并优于无知母知柏地黄丸组。结论:知柏地黄丸中知母有治疗大鼠慢性膜性肾炎的作用,方剂中配伍知母,提高治疗效果,知母发挥其滋阴补肾作用。Objective ： To study the treatment effect of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae （ Zhi Mu ） in Zhibai Dihuang pill on mem- branous nephritis. Methods：The rats were divided into the blank group, the model group, the observation group （Zhibai Dihuang pill） and the control group （Zhibai Dihuang pill without Zhi Mu）. The membranous nephritis model was established with cationic bovine serum album （cBSA）. The biomedical indicators, such as urinary protein, serum creati- nine, total cholesterol（ TC ）, and triglyceride（TG） Results： The observation group could significantly tus compared to the model group after four -week were tested, and histomorphology of the kidney was observed in rats. improve the levels of biomedical indicators and glomerular vessel sta- treatment, which was better than the control group. Conclusion： Zhi Mu has good effects on membranous nephritis rats in Zhibai Dihuang piU, with its action of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney.
