摘　　要：郭军教授认为动脉性ED的病机是气虚为本,血瘀为标;处方原则以补气行血为主,兼补肾通络。临证通过补脾气,兼益肾气,以行血通络,改善阴茎动脉供血不足以治疗动脉性ED,运用经验方参归方应用于临床,经观察疗效满意,以臻同道。Professor GUO Jun considers that qi - deficiency for arterial ED（erectile dysfunction）. Therefore, tonifying is the root cause and blood -stasis is the outer presentation qi to promote blood circulation, and tonifying the Kidney and dredging collaterals were taken as the medication principle. Based on this idea, replenishing the Spleen -qi and Kidney- qi to promote blood circulation was used for arterial ED, with the Shen Gui Formula, which has a satisfying clinical effect.
