摘　　要：中药槐米主要含有黄酮、皂苷、甾醇等成分,具有显著的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用。本文对槐米二十余年来化学成分、炮制研究、药理作用等方面进行综述研究,为槐米进一步开发利用和临床应用提供参考。Sophora flower bud has significant effects of anti - oxidation, anti - tumor and anti - inflammation, with its main ingredients of flavonoids, saponins and sterol. This research reviewed the literatures from recent 20 years, and dis- cussed the progress of chemical composition, processing method and pharmacologic action of Sophora flower bud. It pro- vides the reference for further utilization and clinical application of Sophora flower bud.
