摘　　要：分析特大型转盘轴承安装孔的加工难点,介绍新开发转盘轴承分度钻孔机的研制过程,该机床充分考虑了轴承内、外圈钻孔时的安装定位及分度问题,实现了高速、高刚性和高效率加工安装孔,提高了孔加工的精度和生产效率。The difficuhies are analyzed for machining of installation holes of extra - large size slewing bearings, and the development of new dividing drilling machine for slewing bearings is introduced. The installation positioning and divid- ing during drilling holes on inner and outer rings of bearings is considered adequately. The high speed, high stiffness and high efficient machining is realized, and the precision and production efficiency are improved.
