基于政企价值链协同的区域物流体系构建

摘　　要：指出目前我国许多区域内价值链协同发展滞后,特别是受行政体制门槛约束,政府之间、政府与企业主体之间较难构建协同合作的良好格局,区域内部竞争仍比较激烈,在物流平台、交通基础设施、物流发展机制等方面较难实现有机联动,不利于构建完善的区域物流体系。然后基于政企价值链协同的视角,从组织体系、技术创新和市场机制等方面提出了构建区域物流体系的对策建议。In this paper, we pointed out the problems existing in the value chain collaboration in many regions in China which restricted the establishment of a comprehensive regional logistics system. Then from the perspective of govermnent- enterprise value chain collaboration, we proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to build the regional logistics system from the aspects of organizational structure, technical innovation and market mechanism, etc.
