摘　　要：通过构建SPC(Socialization-Professional-Creativity)人才能力模型,形成了成都理工大学物流管理专业培养目标。在此基础上,遵循理实一体化思路,探讨了人才培养方案修订及专业条件建设与过程优化的思路。In this paper, by building the socialization-professional-creativity talent competence model, we identified the cultivation objective of the logistics management specialty of Chengdu University of Technology and then on such basis and following the principle of practice-theory integration, discussed the line of thinking for the amendment of the talent cultivation plan and the optimal condition and process for the construction of the specialty.
