摘  要:为了建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,对藏药苞叶雪莲中Zn、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Ag、Pb等10种重金属元素的含量进行测定,采用微波消解法对藏药苞叶雪莲进行前处理,以~6Li、^(45)Sc、^(72)Ge、^(89)Y、^(115)In、^(159)Tb、^(209)Bi为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定上述10种元素的含量。结果表明:对各测定元素,标准曲线的相关系数0.9992—0.9998,检出限为0.0041—4.6040μg/L,回收率为98.6%—110.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于苞叶雪莲中10种重金属元素含量的测定。In order to establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of ten heavy metals contents,including Zn, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Ag and Pb, in Saussurea obvallata ( DC. ) Edgew, samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave. The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis. The ten heavy metals were directly analyzed by ICP-MS, with elements ^6Li、^45Sc、^72Ge、^89Y、^115In、^159Tb、^209Bi as the internal standards. For all of the analyzed heavy metals, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was in the range of 0. 9992-0. 9998, the limit of detection and recovery rate were in the range of 0. 0041- 4. 6040 μg/L and 98.6%-110.5%. The method is convenient, rapid and accurate and can be applied to determine the ten heavy metals in Saussurea obvallata (DC.).
