摘 要:目的探索健康教育照护者对脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效影响。方法选择126例住院治疗的脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为3组,对照组给予常规的脑卒中康复和抗抑郁治疗,心理干预组在对照组的基础上给予患者心理干预治疗,照护者健康教育组是在心理干预组的基础上对照护者进行健康教育,治疗前及治疗4周后对3组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果 3组脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗后HAMD-17和ADL评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后照护者健康教育组患者的HAMD-17和ADL得分均较对照组和心理干预组得分低(P<0.05)。结论对照护者进行健康教育有助于改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状,促进其日常活动能力的恢复。Objective To explore the impact of health education caregivers on clinical curative effect of post - stroke depression. Methods 126 hospitalized patients with post- stroke depression were randomly divided into 3 groups. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional stroke rehabilitation and antidepressant therapy. Patients in the psychological intervention group were given psychological intervention on the basis of treatments administered in the control group. Patients in the health education caregiver group were given the same treatments as those in the psychological intervention group, while caregivers were provided with health ed- ucation. Patients" scores of HAMD - 17 and ADL were graded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. ResuitsPatients~ scores of HAMD - 17 and ADL in three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05). Patients ' scores of HAMD - 17 and ADL in the health education caregivers group were lower than in the control group and the psychological intervention group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Health education of caregivers can help alleviate symptoms of patients post- stroke depression and promote the recovery of their daily activity ability.
