针灸治疗对女性肥胖患者肥胖相关激素及血脂水平影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析系统评价针灸与假针灸对女性单纯性肥胖患者肥胖相关激素和血脂水平的影响。方法全面检索针灸与假针灸治疗女性单纯性肥胖的随机对照试验文献,入选合格的文献并进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5篇随机对照试验;针灸组治疗前与治疗后的胰岛素、瘦素、胃饥饿素、胰岛素抵抗水平及葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的差值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但相比于对照组,针灸治疗更有利于升高患者的胃饥饿素水平,减缓患者的饥饿程度(SMD=-0.36,95%CI=-0.70^-0.01,P=0.04)。结论针灸对提高女性肥胖患者的胃饥饿素具有良好的效果,有利于体重的控制;但对其他的肥胖相关激素和血脂指标的影响不明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture treatment for obesity - related hormone and blood lipids in simple obesity women. Methods The randomized control trials （RCT） of acupuncture and sham acupuncture treatment in simple obesity women were evaluated by their research quality and RevMan 5.2 software was adopted for Meta - analysis. Results There were 5 RCTs selected. It showed there were no significant difference on insulin, leptin, ghrelin, insulin resistance and glucose levels, triglycerides, cholesterol, low den- sity lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein between the study group and control group （P 〉 0.05 ） ; compared to the control group, ghrelin levels in acupuncture treatment group was increased （SMD = -0. 36, 95% CI = -0. 70 -0. 01, P = 0. 04）. Conclusion The treatment of ac- upuncture for simple obesity women showed a good effect on ghrelin to control the weight, but no significant effect on other obesity - related hormones and lipid indicators was found.
