HIV and Hepatitis C Virus Infection Status and Prevention Knowledge Among Practitioners in Catering Industry and Public Places in Chengdu

摘  要:目的了解成都市食品及公共场所从业人员艾滋病、丙型肝炎(简称丙肝)感染状况及对艾滋病、丙肝的预防知识知晓情况,为做好成都市从业人群艾滋、丙肝防控工作提供科学依据。方法 2011-2015年每年随机抽取2 000名食品及公共场所从业人员,抽取静脉血检测抗HIV和抗HCV,了解抗体阳性率及逐年变化趋势;对2015年抽取的人员作艾滋病、丙肝预防知识自填式问卷调查。结果 2011-2015年检测的食品及公共场所从业人员中抗HIV初筛阳性率分别为:2‰、3‰、1‰、2‰和3‰,抗HCV阳性率分别为:4‰、3‰、1.5‰、3.5‰和1‰;艾滋病的传播途径知晓率为:88.82%,感染艾滋病后有哪些症状的知晓率为:58.04%,如何检查艾滋病的知晓率为:54.97%,选择不会歧视艾滋病患者的比例为:92.18%,丙肝的传播途径知晓率为:68.06%。结论成都市食品及公共场所从业人员对艾滋病、丙肝基本知识的知晓率较低,且艾滋抗体和丙肝抗体阳性率较高,建议对从业人员加强艾滋病、丙肝预防知识的健康教育。Objective To investigate the infection status and prevention knowledge about HIV and hepatitis C vi- rus and provide a scientific basis for AIDS and hepatitis C prevention and control work among practitioners in catering industry and public places in Chengdu. Methods 2 000 practitioners in catering industry and public places each year were selected by random method to collect venous blood and detect anti - HIV and anti - HCV antibodies from 2011 to 2015 in order to investigate the antibody positive rate and variation trend. The practi- tioners selected in 2015 were surveyed with the questionnaires about AIDS and hepatitis C prevention knowl- edge. Results Anti -HIV positive rate in initial screening among practitioners in catering industry and public places selected from 2011 to 2015 were 2%o, 3%~, 1%o, 2%o and 3%v, respectively; anti -HCV positive rate of practitioners in catering industry and public places selected from 2011 to 2015 were 4%~, 3%v, 1.5%~, 3.5%e and l%v, respectively. The awareness rate of the related knowledge about AIDS transmission routes, clinical symptoms and detection methods were 88.82%, 58.04% and 54.97%, respectively. The proportion of inter- viewees without discrimination against AIDS patients was 92. 18% among practitioners in catering industry and public places in Chengdu. The awareness rate of the related knowledge about HCV transmission routes was 68.06%. Conclusion The awareness rate of the basic knowledge about AIDS and hepatitis C is relatively low and the positive rates of anti - HIV and anti - HCV are relatively high among practitioners in catering industry and public places in Chengdu. Health education about AIDS and hepatitis c prevention knowledge among practitioners should be strengthened.
