摘　　要：今年的"两会",脱贫工作是一个热点。云南省是我国脱贫攻坚主战场之一,脱贫攻坚是云南发展头等大事和第一民生工程。云南省要在省委、省政府的领导下,力争在"十三五"期间,消除本省贫困,使全省人民过上小康生活。笔者认为,要使每一个人脱离贫困,全面奔小康,可谓任重而道远。究其原因,主要是少数边远山区的贫困群体,在心智上就没有做好脱贫的准备。扶贫工作固然重要,但励志工作必须先行,即:扶贫先扶志。The ＂two sesslons＂this year,Poverty alleviation work is a hot spot. Yunnan province is one of crucial battleground poverty in our country .Poverty crucial Is the first priority and the people＇s livelihood project of Yun Nan development .Under the leadership of provincial Party committee and the provincial government,Strive to be ＂much starker choices-and graver consequences-in＂ period,To eliminate this province poverty. Make the province the people live a well-offlife .The author thinks that：To make each people out of poverty,rush of well-off, will be a long way to go. Investigate its reason,the main is one of the poor in the remote mountainous areas,there is no ready to shake off poverty in mind.Poverty alleviation work is important,but inspirational work must come first . That is：Poverty alleviation must prompting ambition first.
