摘　　要：应用型本科院校需建立适合自己的人才培养模式,深入进行各个教学环节的改革,加强大学生实践能力的培养。公共选修课程开课的限制少,学生选课自由。通过政策引导,鼓励教师开设创新创业等实践类课程,增加实践探索类课程资源;扩大公共选修课课程的师资力量、教学经费和教学资源投入;建立公选课独立的监控和评价体系。Application-oriented institutes should build their own talents training mode,take further reforms among each teaching link,to promote college students＇ practice ability cultivation. Public elective courses have less restriction that the student can register free. We can guild by policy,encourage teachers to open innovation entrepreneurship practice classes,etc to Increase practical explorations of curriculum resources,and we can expanding public elective courses of teachers,funds and resources of teaching,and also we can establish a public course and independent monitoring and evaluation system.
