唇腭裂病儿父母的心理健康状况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查唇腭裂病儿父母的心理状况,为对其提供心理服务和支持提供依据。方法应用症状自评量表SCL-90,对95例唇腭裂病儿的父母及71例正常儿童的父母进行心理健康状况调查。结果唇腭裂病儿父母SCL-90总分、阳性项目数以及躯体、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分显著高于正常儿童的父母(t=3.27~7.60,P<0.05);病儿母亲阳性项目数以及抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分显著高于父亲(t=1.97~2.34,P<0.05)。结论唇腭裂病儿父母较正常儿童父母心理健康状况差,特别是母亲,需给予心理服务和社会支持。Objective To investigate the psychological state of parents of children with cleft lip and palate,and to provide a basis for psychological service and support. Methods The Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）was used to investigate the mental health status of the parents of 95 children with cleft lip and palate and 71 normal children. Results Compared with the parents of normal children,the parents of children with cleft lip and palate had significantly higher SCL-90 total score,number of positive items,and scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and hostility factors（t=3.27-7.60,P〈0.05）.Compared with the fathers of children with cleft lip and palate,their mothers had significant higher number of positive items and scores of depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety,and psychoticism factors（t=1.97-2.34,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the parents of normal children,the parents of children with cleft lip and palate have a poor mental health status and need psychological service and social support.
