构建服务扩展型机构知识库的实践与探索——以西安交通大学为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]建立服务扩展型的机构知识库,发挥机构知识库在学者个人影响力提升、科研管理数据支撑、学科评估助力、大学排名提升等方面的作用。[方法/过程]针对不同用户群体的需求分析,对机构知识库资源进行存储、追踪、展示和统计,确保机构知识库提供的服务功能满足学校、学院和学者的不同需求。[结果/结论]西安交通大学服务扩展型机构知识库的实践,提升了学者、学院和校级职能部门对机构知识库的认知度,使相关管理部门从中获益,从校级层面出台政策支持机构知识库的发展。[ Purpose/significance] This paper tries to construct a service-extended institutional repository （IR） and give full play of IR in improving individual impact of scholars, supporting scientific research data management, assisting discipline evalua- tion, and promoting rankings of universities. [ Method/process ] According to the requirements analysis of different groups of us- ers, the resources from IR are saved, tracked, demonstrated and counted so that the services provided by IR could satisfy different needs of universities, colleges and scholars. [ Result/conclusion ] The practice of Xi＇ an Jiaotong University makes IR better known by scholars, colleges and university-level departments. Relevant administrative departments could also benefit from IR by in- troducing university-level policies to support the development of IR.
