摘　　要：[目的/意义]现有突发事件预警研究分别从理论和实践展开,这些研究成果帮助我国政府监测识别突发事件并预测可能带来的危机影响,且为迅速采取有效的应对措施提供详细参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调研梳理了国内突发事件预警工作流程,依照流程总结预警各环节相关方法的研究成果,并简要介绍了现有突发事件预警模型和系统。[结果/结论]总结现有突发事件预警研究重点,指出存在不足与待进一步研究方向,寄望为我国城市突发事件预警研究提供对照和借鉴。[ Purpose/significance ] Existing emergency early-warning researches are launched respectively from theory and practice. The results of these studies help our government to monitor and identify the occurrence of emergency, predict the impact it may bring, and provide detailed references for taking quick and effective measures. [ Method/process ] By investigating relative lit- erature, this paper has combed the emergency early-warning work flow, summarized the research achievements of related methods in every link of the work flow, and briefly introduced some existing emergency early-warning models and systems. [ Result/conclu- sion ] With the hope to provide comparison and historical references for researches on emergency early-warning, the paper summari- zes the focuses and shortcomings of the existing emergency early-warning studies, and points out the directions for further research.
