摘　　要：设计了一款基于AT89S52单片机的测试仪,主要为射频继电器提供多路脉冲电压。当射频继电器控制端加上电压时,继电器内部控制电路驱动线圈工作,产生的电磁力使继电器触点闭合或断开;去除控制电压时,开关状态相反,从而实现信号的转换功能。结果表明:该测试仪采用模块化设计,结构简单,便于维修,操作方便,可用于射频继电器的生产和检验。A radio-frequency relay tester based on AT89S52 was designed in this paper, and the muhi- channel pulse-voltage signals were provided for the relay. When the voltage was applied to the control ter- minal, it＇s coil was droven to work by the relay＇s internal circuit, the contacts were closed or disconnected by the electromagnetic force. When the control voltage was removed, the switching state was opposite. Therefore, signal conversion was realized. The results showed that the modular design of the tester is sim- ple and easy to repair and use,which can be used to radio-frequency relay＇s production and testing.
