摘 要:利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)对4种中药材的微量元素含量进行检测分析,通过对激光能量、ICCD门宽、延迟等实验参数的调节来得到最佳的时间分辨光谱。以中药材茯苓为例,在DG535延迟为700 ns,增益2000,ICCD门宽300 ns、曝光延迟900 ns时,得到茯苓的优化光谱图。实验结果表明:鸡血藤中含有微量元素Fe、Mg、Cu、Na、Ca,当归中含有微量元素Fe、Cu、Co、Mg,茯苓中含有微量元素Fe、Na、Ca、Co,茯苓、佛手、当归、鸡血藤这4种中药材中都含有微量元素Fe。Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy was used to measure and analyze the trace element con- tent of four kinds of Chinese Medicinal Materials. The best time resolved emission spectrum was measured by adjusting the laser energy,ICCD gate width, delay and other factors. The optimum parameters of Chi- nese Medicine poria cocos are 700 ns for DG535 delay,2000 for gain,300 ns for ICCD gate width,900 ns for ICCD delay. The result of the experiment showed that trace elements Fe, Mg, Cu, Na, Ca have been i- dentified in the caulis spatholobi, Fe, Cu, Co, Mg have been identified in the angelica, Fe, Na, Ca, Co have been identified in the tuckahoe. Four kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine contain Fe element such as poria cocos, bergamot, angelica and caulis spatholobi.
