低频脉冲电疗法改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)运动能力的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察低频脉冲电疗法改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)运动能力的疗效。方法在本院于2014年6月—2016年6月诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)患者中盲选60例,任选其中30例作为治疗组,另外30例患者遵循常规模式治疗,对比两组患者运动能力评分差异。结果治疗组治疗后运动耐力指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加入低频脉冲电疗法的干预治疗可以明显改善慢阻肺(稳定期)患者运动能力。Objective To observe the curative effect of low frequency pulse electrotherapy in improving exercise ability of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（stable stage）. Methods The 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（stable stage） diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016, 30 patients were selected as observation group,and 30 patients were treated by routine treatment.The difference of exercise ability score between the two groups was compared.Results The exercise endurance index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Interventional therapy with low frequency pulse electrotherapy can obviously improve the exercise ability of patients with COPD.
