摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭的效果。方法随机将我院74例糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭患者平均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率、心功能指标改善程度等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭效果理想。Objective To investigate the efficacy of benazepril hydrochloride and spironolactone in the treatment of diabetic heart failure. Methods 74 diabetic heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used conventional treatment, and observation group used benazepril hydrochloride and spironolactone on the basis of control group. Comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate and improvement of cardiac function index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of benazepril hydrochloride and spironolactone on diabetic heart failure is ideal.
