摘  要:目的研究采用Contr AA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪,对药包材玻璃安瓿瓶中的锑含量进行测定。方法采用Contr AA700高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪石墨炉法测定玻璃安瓿瓶类药包材中的锑含量。结果锑在0.006~0.020μg/ml的范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.999 2),样品测定的相对标准偏差为2.6%,加标回收率达到98.0%~102.5%。结论采用Contr AA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测量药包材玻璃安瓿瓶中的锑含量,方法简便,准确,灵敏度高。Objective To study the determination method for the content of Sb in infusion sets for single use by using Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Using graphite furnace technique of Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomicabsorption spectrometry to determine the content of Sb in infusion sets for single use. Results The content of Sb had good linearity in the range of 0.006 ~ 0.020 μg/ml(r=0.999 2). The RSD of sample determination result was 2.6% and the added standard recovery was ranged from 98.0% to 102.5%. Conclusion Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry was suitable for the determination of Sb in infusion sets for single use, with the advantages of easy operation, high efficiency and good stability.
