摘　　要：目的探讨针刺手三里及人中配合腹式呼吸缓解急性腰扭伤疼痛症状的有效性。方法将46例患者随机分配到治疗组及对照组各23例。治疗组以针刺手三里及人中配合腹式呼吸,对照组以针刺阿是穴及双侧委中穴。观察治疗前后NRS评分及JOA评分,分析治疗前后相关数据。结果经过1周治疗后,治疗组NRS评分较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);JOA评分及总有效率均较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺手三里及人中配合腹式呼吸治疗急性腰扭伤效果优良。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture at Shousanliand Renzhong combined with abdominal breathing in relieving pain symptoms of acute lumbar sprain. Methods 46 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group（n=23）. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Shousanliand and Renzhong combined with abdominal breathing, while the control group was treated with acupuncture at ashi point and bilateral weizhong; Observed the NRS score and JOA score before and after treatment,then analyzed data. Results After one weeks of treatment, the NRS score of the treatment group compared with the control group were not significantly different（P〈0.05） the JOA score and the total efficiency of the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Shousanli and Renzhong combined with abdominal breathing have a good effect in treating acute lumbar sprain.
