冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸与血脂指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)/HDL-C、甘油三酯(TG)/HDL-C比值之间的相关性。方法选取60例CHD患者和60例健康对照者,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清Hcy浓度与LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG水平,并分析Hcy与LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C比值之间的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,CHD组血清Hcy、LDL-C、TC、TG水平升高,而HDL-C水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。CHD组血清LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C比值较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),Hcy与LDL-C/HDL-C(r=0.267 3,P<0.01)、TC/HDL-C(r=0.277 1,P<0.01)、TG/HDL-C(r=0.236 3,P<0.01)比值均呈正相关。结论血清Hcy浓度和LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG水平与CHD的发生发展密切相关,分析Hcy与LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C比值的相关性对于探讨CHD的发病机制及其检测具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine（Hcy） and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）/highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）, total cholesterol（TC）/HDL-C, triglyceride（TG）/HDL-C ratio in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty cases of patients with coronary heart disease and sixty healthy persons were chosen. The serum concentrations ofHcy, LDL-C, HDL-C, TC, TG were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and the correlation between Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C ratio were analyzed. Results Compared with the normal control group, the serum levels of Hcy, LDL-C, TC and TG increased in the CHD group, while the level of HDL-C decreased, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The ratio of serum LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and TG/HDL-C in the CHD group were significantly higher than that in the normal control group（P〈0.01）. Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C（r=0.267 3, P〈0.01）, TC/HDL-C（r=0.277 1, P〈0.01）, TG/HDL-C（r=0.236 3, P〈0.01） ratio were positively correlated. Conclusion The levels of Hcy, LDL-C, HDL-C, TC and TG are closely related to the occurrence and development of CHD. The correlation analysis between Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratios is of important value in the study of the pathogenesis and detection of CHD.
